Assignment & Turnback Guidelines

Once you have access to Horizon, you can locate contact information for all individual assignors. Please follow these steps for game-related communication:

Games labeled “MCHO”

  • Email: assignor@mchofficials.com for any inquiries.
  • Use the “Click to Request Turnback” feature within Horizon whenever possible. This helps reduce email traffic and prevents lost messages.

Turnbacks within 72 hours for “MCHO” games

  • Call or text: (312) 626-8577 immediately.
  • Do not contact Brett, Dave, Mike, or Scott individually as our team works collaboratively to ensure quick coverage and full involvement across assignments.
